BIO:
Ed Hampton is Founder and Managing Member of
Performance Perspectives LLC, an organizational development consulting
firm.
Performance Perspectives LLC supplies individual and
group/organizational behavioral profiles from Inscape Publishing,
Personal Strengths Publishing, Integro Leadership Institute, and other
outlets as well as solutions for helping people and organizations
achieve accelerated vision realization thru transformation resulting in
improved performance and profitability.
Performance Perspectives LLC is also the parent corporation for InsightDelight.com, an on-line store providing a variety of profiles and training support items. This store supports both the general public as well as consultants with high quality resources for personal growth and/or for supporting training and interventions.
Performance Perspectives LLC is developing two online schools: ArisingU.com and WhitewaterU.com. One school will provide education for developing trainers and consultants. The other school will provide self improvement education; including, but not limited to, leadership development, spiritual development, and other programs designed for personal growth and mastery as well as professional improvement for fully realizing one's career potential thru mastering human behavioral activities. He has been an active
organizational effectiveness consultant since 1982. He tailors
assessment-based programs to help organizations, teams, and individuals
attain optimal performance. His firm specializes in strategic
planning, team structuring, team coaching, change management,
leadership development, assessment-based training, organizational
troubleshooting, quality management, and performance coaching.
Ed has also taught for the University of Central Florida, the Duquesne University's School
of Leadership and Professional Development, and the Florida Institute
of Technology. Ed holds a MS degree in Systems Management from the
University of Southern California and is a graduate of the US Army’s
Organizational Effectiveness School.
He is a retired
Lieutenant Colonel with 23 years of service culminating being awarded
the Legion of Merit, one of the highest peacetime awards He resides in
Florida with his wife, Marlene, owner of Oviedo Florist and Gifts. He
has a daughter, a Sarah Lawrence College graduate now attending the Masters in Public Policy at the Gerald Ford School of Public Policy at Michigan University, and a son with a
B.S. in Game Design from Full Sail University now working in that field in Los Angeles.
